Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all products sold by Aureum Digital LLC.
Refund Period
Each product may have its own refund period, which is clearly stated on that product's sales page and/or checkout page before purchase. If no specific period is stated for a product, the default refund period is 7 days from the date of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Send an e-mail to support@aureumdigital.co from the e-mail address used at purchase, including the product name and the date of purchase.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for the amount to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
After a Refund
Once a refund is issued, access to the product is removed.
